You can use the Facility Log In Sheet / Time Sheet to the right. It will automatically add your hours for you and save you time and allows for greater accuracy. All you have to do is insert your time in / out and the rest is done for you.
You still need to inform us of supplies needed and extra work completed, so please do not forget about including that information for us.
